Rules & Punishments

When playing online, in-game and JE rules must be followed at all times. Failure to act will result in moderation. Please remember that breaking rules during roleplay will reflect poorly on us as a whole, potentially leading to our closure. If you are unfamiliar with the NJRP rules, you may find them . The following are our official JE rules:
There will be no disrespect from the staff. This includes in-game staff and higher server ranks. Anger outbursts, hate remarks, and arguments will be censored.
Do not argue with staff or debate any claims of FRP. The place to fight these claims is in staff report tickets, not in-game.
Fenzility granted us permission from needing staff perms to rob bank or jewelry store - NO robbing during priority.
If you are a 50/50 staff, you should not be clocking on as a deployment leader. It's inconsistent to your followers.
Follow the regulations of the game. This is especially the case for FRP. JE will respect road restrictions, keep a low profile, and strike only when positioned and ready.
We have several exemptions as an official department. We can have more than 4 people, but not gang amounts.
We are permitted our animal masks without being classified as "animal outfits"
We may rob stores without staff permission or take hostages. Try to respect a redzone.
There will be no politics. We celebrate the flame rather than a political party.
No homophobia, racism or forceful religious beliefs. When the fire consumes us, the ash left behind is the same for us all.
There is no need to dislike other departments. We're in this together. Genuine disrespect or creating problems for other departments is not tolerated. We coexist to encourage better roleplay.
Playful or "In character" grudges are fine, but be very respectful to LEO divisions. They make our roleplay worthwhile.
If you have an issue with their conduct, take it to DI or their tickets. JE can and will infract for department disrespect.
If you are engaging a longer roleplay with a department, redzone and don't randomly leave.
Follow the scene command. The highest rank on duty makes the final decision.
When I (BlueEmberz) am online, I naturally assume scene command. When I am absent, the next highest rank takes command.
When there are several of the same higher rank, the one deploying or the leaders share scene command cooperatively.
Leaking is undoubtedly prohibited. Both in the LEO and JE departments. We have an agreement with the LEO departments that any leaks should be reported to each other and moderated by both.
Several LEO HRs are here. Why would you even make this mistake?
You ruin the fun of interrogation by spilling information in DMs. And in interrogation, you should only know your paygrade.
Don't leak LEO information to us. It will be reported mutually. Outside of roleplay, LEO and JE are allies. Not enemies.
A minimum of two players must be on duty at the same time. You may not clock in as JE alone.
One deployment per day. If we are in-game multiple times a day, the roleplay gets bland.
Limit of 10 users per deployment, at least 4 to start one. Any more people than this and it's completely unmanageable. The first 10 reactions get dibs.
There must be at least 2 middle ranks in a deployment or 1 HR in a deployment. Brittle fuel will not burn brightly.
Avoid using a shared vehicle. JE operates by allowing the strongest to flee in order to return and save those who are in danger. Sharing vehicles simply increases the chance that if one vehicle is destroyed, everyone is doomed.
Too many JE in one vehicle is not a bright idea. We spread out, or LEO can take down a car and simply arrest us all.
Vehicle sharing should only be done if a vehicle is removed.
When parking, spread out with space from other cars to move forward or backwards. Do not park in groups.
Do not fail roleplay.
JE members have a panic button located on their left shoulder. You must roleplay turning your head to press it BEFORE you may state that you have been caught by LEO or that there is an emergency.
We don't have "handcuff keys", we do not have magical spaces to get our guns if we are currently at gunpoint. Use fear roleplay.
If we are arrested, cooperate to an extent. Don't just wildly escape with FRP or randomly break out. The LEOs deserve a win too.
Ensure you 'Hail the flame!🔥'
