JE members are paid hourly for their services and contributions to the flame. If you are fired in the middle of a pay period, you will not be compensated for the time lost. Please try not to get fired before cashing out. If you have 45/60 minutes, it will be considered a full hour, and you will be paid as such. If you have less than 45 minutes, your payment will be rounded down to the next hour. Ensure you have joined our Roblox group if you want to be paid. If you have not been in the group long enough or are not in the group, you may be skipped for payment.

The Ember

And naturally, the ember herself. The Ember makes no robux, maintains the entire server and handles all payments, as well as overseeing the HR team and department communications.

High Ranking

• Grandmasters

• Neophytes

• Harbingers

High ranks are the next to bare the flame. They may spontaneously engage a promotion as they wish, they naturally assume scene command and may infract or promote users they deem fit of the higher position.

• They make 30 robux per hour.

Middle Ranking

• The Negationists

• Incendiary

• Pyromaniac

Middle ranks are the second level to management. They can handle deployments and recommend administrative actions like promotions and infractions.

• They receive 20 robux per hour.

Low Ranking

• Arsonist

• Firestarter

• Kindling

• Low Ranks make 15 robux per hour.
